PLEASE DONT GO THERE I will urge you not to go there if their is damage they will make it worse they even take a lot of time.the manager there is very unprofessional they care about company and staff but ignore customers

I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. They took almost 4 months to return my car after my door was slightly damaged in an accident. They were very irresponsible with me.

classic auto body in waukegan took my poor, mangled car which looked like it lost a bar fight with a semi and made it look so fresh i half expected it to start asking for modeling contracts. the crew here clearly knows their stuff. they’re like car surgeons, except with less beeping machines and more “don’t worry, we got this.” i dropped it off looking like a craigslist “project car” and picked it up looking like it just rolled out of a showroom. bonus points for not judging me when i explained how the damage happened. (yes, a shopping cart was involved. yes, it was going suspiciously fast.) they just smiled, nodded, and went to work like it was nothing.

This body shop had my vehicle for 3 months I asked for call backs for updates and never received a call. Fast forward I went to pick up my vehicle and there was a wire hanging underneath the car that no one payed attention to. I was told oh we just need to tuck it in so they are just going to push it into an area. Next before taking the vehicle I wanted to test everything and right when I say that I’m told oh the this bottom light isn’t working. Meaning they weren’t going to tell me anything they then told me maybe it had to do with the accident. I corrected them because I have evidence of everything working directly after the accident and also 20mins before giving them the vehicle. Take this as a warning if there work and honesty if they break and or damage something they will not correct it and there work is sub par and shotty to say the least. My vehicle is also low and it looks like they also damaged the front end as the front lip was pulled down and the screws showing also have proof of this. Look else where if you want a honest body shop that won’t damage your vehicle and will fix your car as they are paid to do. They even had the audacity to say it’s leaving better then it w
